Volunteer Background Screening

First Church appreciates your willingness to volunteer in our nursery, children, or youth ministries. All volunteers must agree to a background screening prior to participating in these ministries. The screening is conducted by an independent company utilizing your name and date of birth. The screen includes public record searches for sexual crimes, violent crimes, physical abuse, and crimes against children. The screening does not include credit or employment information. Information will be received and reviewed by the pastor only.
